These machines are excellent candidates for lean manufacturing cells as their small footprint allows for placement directly within the manufacturing cell. Cellular parts deburring and polishing equipment is becoming the standard and preferred way to deburr and polish as they allow for smaller batch sizes (reduces waste from bad production parts), eliminates part travel from department-to-department, and provides maximum cellular operator utilization.

These machines, with their modular construction, come in single or multi bowl configurations and feature integrated parts/media separation equipment as standard. The tilting process bowls provides for ergonomically friendly operation by eliminating the lifting of heavy parts and process media. Process bowls are also available in wet or dry configuration allowing for the use of wet or dry processing media.
Other features include a digital plc operator control panel than can be outfitted with an optional recipe program. These recipes can ensure a consistent process and help in cases where the production process must be validated. Recipes are password protected to prevent against unauthorized changes in process parameters.
